Buster’s Vision Animal Education
Whether you are a parent, educator, or a concerned citizen, education is paramount in protecting animals. We have a responsibility to provide for the safety and welfare of animals.
The decision to buy or adopt a shelter pet is huge. Animal education is the first step in the process of adding a new member to your family. A pet is a gigantic commitment that requires patience, sacrifice, time, and money. Did you know pets can live up to 15 years or more?
Here at Buster’s Vision, we provide an entire site dedicated to animal education so that you can learn how to protect and care for your new pet.
Why do we provide animal education?
Every year, an estimated 3.7 million animals are euthanized in shelters in the United States. This happens because pet owners were not ready or did not realize the tremendous responsibility of getting a new pet. At Buster’s Vision, our goal is to make educational information more accessible so that we can stop the cycle of animal abandonment.
Why should you adopt?
Sometimes, people believe that shelter pets are broken because of abuse and abandonment. When adopting a shelter pet you save a life and gain a devoted loving companion. After all, those who rescue pets often ask, “Who rescued who?”
Please help save the lives of innocent animals. Adopt, don’t shop. Spay and neuter your pet. Make sure you are wholeheartedly committed to caring for the animal’s entire life. Pet adoption is a colossal responsibility, but an even greater reward.
